What is this Therapy?
its a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy combining the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioral techniques. It works with the subconscious mind to uncover, reframe, and permanently release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks.

Is one session enough?
Some clients experience major breakthroughs in just one session. However, depending on the complexity of your issue, 1 to 3 sessions may be recommended. For deep-rooted or lifelong patterns, a full program is often more effective.

What’s the difference between RTT and regular therapy?
RTT gets to the root cause quickly by working directly with the subconscious mind. Unlike traditional talk therapy that can take months or years, RTT often brings deep insight and emotional release in a shorter time frame.

What happens during a session?

You’ll then be guided into a relaxed hypnotic state (you’re always aware and in control).

Is this hypnosis? Will I lose control?
RTT uses therapeutic hypnosis, but you will always remain aware, in control, and able to speak. Hypnosis is simply a relaxed and focused state, like being absorbed in a movie.

Will I be asleep or unconscious under hypnosis?
No. You’ll be fully aware, relaxed, and in control the entire time. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of focused attention — similar to being absorbed in a movie or a book.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Everyone can enter hypnosis as long as they are willing and follow the therapist’s voice.. It’s a natural and cooperative process. If you can follow simple instructions and allow yourself to relax, you can be hypnotized.

What if I cry or feel emotional during the session?
It’s completely normal. Emotional release is part of healing. You are in a safe space to express and process what comes up.

Will I remember what happened during the session?
Yes, RTT is not like stage hypnosis. You will be fully aware and able to recall everything after the session.

What if I get stuck in hypnosis or can’t wake up if the internet drops out?
This is a common concern, but it’s important to know that you cannot get stuck in hypnosis. If the internet cuts off during a session, you will either naturally drift into a relaxed sleep or simply open your eyes and return to full awareness after a few minutes. Hypnosis is a natural state, and you are always in control. I will follow up with you afterwards to check in and reschedule if needed.
